This is RoxGold AI's privacy note. It covers what happens when you take the free mini audit, fill in a form on this site, or email me. Plain English, no legalese.

What I collect

• Your name and email address (when you give them to me via the free audit or contact form).
• Your audit answers, so I know what to send you.
• Basic analytics (page views, which buttons were clicked). No personal tracking, no ad retargeting.

Why I collect it

• To send you the audit results you asked for.
• To follow up with occasional emails about AI and automation, if you opted in.
• To improve the site and the audit itself.

My legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interest and consent, you gave me your details voluntarily to receive something specific.

Where it lives

Audit submissions are currently stored in a private Google Sheet and processed through n8n (an automation platform). Follow-up emails are sent via Google Workspace. Analytics are handled by Vercel. As the business grows, data may be migrated to a dedicated CRM system, this note will be updated if that changes. All tools used are reputable third-party services with their own privacy and security standards. I do not sell your data, ever.

Unsubscribing

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are out. No follow-up emails, no questions asked.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you what data I hold on you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@roxgold.ai and I will sort it within a few working days.

Cookies

This site uses only the essential cookies needed to run it, plus Vercel's anonymous analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.

Changes to this note

If this changes materially, I will update the date at the top. For anything bigger, I will let subscribers know by email.
